Unc’s brought a little taste of Capitol Park to FOX 2 Detroit this morning.

General manager Brendan Allen and assistant general manager Jenna Porter joined FOX 2 in the studio to share some of what we’ve been serving at Unc’s. They started with our house-pickled cherry tomatoes with whipped ricotta and housemade focaccia, then brought out a few of our most popular Detroit-style pizzas, aged brick sticks and roasted whole wings.

It was a pretty good spread for morning television.
