Planning Your Visit
Does Unc's take reservations?
Unc’s Pizza is currently walk-in only. We do not accept reservations.
Can you accommodate large groups?
For groups of 12 or more, give us a call at (313) 572-7600 or email us at hello@uncspizza.com before your visit. We’re still walk-in only, but advance notice gives our team a chance to see what may be possible and whether a preorder would be helpful. Seating the entire group together cannot be guaranteed.
Where should I park?
Several public garages and parking lots are located near Capitol Park. View nearby parking options and pricing.
When Prime + Proper’s valet is operating, Unc’s Pizza guests are welcome to use the service. Drop-off is on State Street in front of Prime + Proper. Our neighbors there were kind enough to extend their valet service to our guests.
Is Unc’s wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Unc’s Pizza is wheelchair accessible. If there is anything our team can do to make your visit more comfortable, please let us know when you arrive.
Is the patio open?
We’re currently working on getting our patio ready and completing the necessary approvals. It is not open for regular service yet, but we hope to have an update soon.
Food & Drink
Do you offer gluten-free pizza?
Yes. We offer a gluten-free square crust and use a separate pan and utensils when preparing it. Because our kitchen handles wheat flour, we cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten allergy, please speak with a server or manager so we can explain our preparation process and help you decide whether it is right for you.
Can you accommodate food allergies or other dietary restrictions?
For specific questions, email us at hello@uncspizza.com before your visit or speak with your server or a manager before ordering. We’re happy to review ingredients and preparation methods and make recommendations based on your needs.

Yes. Vegan cheese is available, and you can build your own vegan pizza with your choice of vegetables and other vegan toppings.
Can I modify a specialty pizza?

Yes. Unc’s Pizza has a full bar with cocktails, beer and wine.
Can I order pickup or delivery?
Yes. Order pickup or delivery directly through our online ordering system. Delivery is available through DoorDash.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. E-gift cards are available for purchase online, and physical Unc’s Pizza gift cards can be purchased in person at the restaurant.
Groups & Events
Does Unc’s Pizza host private events?
We are not currently booking private events, but we’re working on options for future gatherings. Check back for updates or email hello@uncspizza.com with a specific inquiry.
Does Unc’s Pizza offer catering?
We do not currently offer full-service catering. For a larger advance order, email hello@uncspizza.com and our team can let you know what may be possible.
