Detroit-Style Pizzeria

Made with love

For Detroit

Unc’s is a Detroit-style pizza spot in downtown Detroit inspired by the people who always made room at the table. From the teams behind Dime Store and Mootz Pizzeria, Unc’s brings that same care for good food and hospitality to a place built for hanging out, settling in and staying awhile. Pull up a chair. You’re among friends.

Really good

Detroit-Style Pizza

In Detroit, pizza is personal. We spent months developing our dough before we ever topped a pizza, then built from there with ingredients we chose with care and a menu that honors the classics while leaving just enough room to have some fun. We think you'll taste the difference.

A tribute to

Our Uncs

Growing up, co-owner Larry Kahn called his Uncle Paul simply "Unc." He was the kind of person who always made time for people, pulled up another chair and made you feel like you belonged. This place is a tribute to him, and to all the uncs, aunts, family friends, neighbors and chosen family who helped shape us, looked out for us and showed us what it meant to care for the people around them.
